Return & Refund Policy (Vegetable Chopper Products)

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, in original condition, and with all parts, packaging, and invoice intact.
• Returns are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Non-Returnable Cases

• Used or damaged items after delivery
• Missing parts or packaging
• Requests made after 7 days

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Replacement Option

• A replacement can be provided instead of a refund for eligible cases.
